IUI yesterday went beautifully.  Cervix wide open, swimmers looked incredible!  In terms of how this cycle went, we couldn't ask for any better.  Now we hurry up and wait....

TTC #2 Round #2

We are in the midst of round 2 of TTC #2.  Today is day 12 and usually IUI is somewhere around day 18.  Bloodwork on day 10 looked fantastic!  Estrogen level was well above where it was when I got pregnant with Little Man.  Bloodwork again tomorrow and then bloodwork and ultrasound on Monday.  Things are looking good!  Keeping fingers and toes crossed!

We are also winding down our Summer Vacation.  We truly realize how lucky we are as teachers to have such an extended time off, but when reality hits that it is back to work in 10 days it stinks!  Mostly because we have so thoroughly enjoyed the time spend with Drew this summer.

We went to the beach the other day and he had such a blast.  We have been before and Drew lasts an hour or less.  Not this time - we spend 4 hours playing in the sand and splashing in the ocean.  It was SO MUCH FUN!!!  Those are the moments we live for as Moms!

TWENTY ONE!!

Twenty One months old!!  Crazy to think that this much time has passed.  I have been terrible about updating the blog because we have been having too much fun with Little Man!!!  He is amazing and at such a fun age! He is talking in full sentences ALL THE TIME and never forgets a thing!  We are loving being home with him for the summer and we have enjoyed so many new adventures together.

Our summer has consisted of:

Visiting family in Minnesota:

 Riding in a boat with Mom, Nana and Opa:

Going to see Thomas the Train:

Boy, oh boy, this kid is all about trains!  We constantly have a track set up on the living room floor, trains eat dinner with us, and go along in the car as well.  I love to see Drew using his imagination when he is playing and some of the stuff he says and does just cracks us up.

That is the quick update from here!  Please know that we are still following you all, we just haven't taken as much time to update here!
